泗塘社区1000名老年人负性情绪现况调查

目的了解本社区老年人客观生理疾病与主观心理状态。方法对本社区1000名≥60岁老年人的基本情况、慢性病患病情况、与家庭和社会关系、孤独感、衰老以及生活满意度等进行问卷调查。结果本组老年人经济收入较低、患慢性病比例较高，与外界交往较少，负性情绪（孤独、寂寞、衰老等）比例较高。结论老年人退休以后，由于社会交往减少和（或）经济与健康状况不佳，容易导致心理危机，应引起重视。老年人互动管理是自助助人的有效方式，应予以提倡，并在实践中发展。

Investigation on present situation of negative sentiments in 1000 elderlys of Si Tang Community

Objective To know about the objective physiology disease and subjective mental states of the aged in our community. Method From Jun 2006, we investigated 1 000 people aged 60 or over with questionnaires about the basic situations, chronic diseased situations, family and social relations, the lonely sense, senility and life satisfactory degrees etc in our community. Results The aged in this group had lower income, higher percentage of getting chronic disease, less communication with outside and higher percentage of negative emotions（loneliness, senility etc）. Conclusion After retiring, social communication of the aged attenuating greatly and poor situation of economy or health caused the psychological crisis and should be paid close attention to. It is an effect method of interactive administration to help others though self-help and should be advocated and developed in practice.
