2007年福建省疟疾疫情分析

目的　分析2007年全省疟疾疫情资料，监测疟疾疫情动态。方法　通过2007年全省疟疾防治工作年报表，对各地1年来疟疾监测结果进行统计分析。结果　2007年全省共报告病例44例，阳性率为0.14%，病例主要分布在福州、厦门、宁德三地。共对42个村（点） 进行传疟媒介调查和复查，捕获按蚊3824只，均未查到嗜人按蚊。结论　从2007年疫情资料分析，福建省疟疾疫情依然保持稳定，发病率比2006年下降了44.25%，但仍不可放松警惕，还应继续有效控制传播媒介，防止因蚊媒密度过高引起疟疾暴发。

Epidemiological analysis of malaria in Fujian province in 2007

Objective The data of malaria epidemic in Fujian in 2007 was analyzed in the present study to provide an insight into the current situation based on the surveillance results of malaria in Fujian in 2007. Methods The surveillance results of malaria of the past year were analyzed in conjunction with a summary of the annual report for prevention and control of malaria in the province in 2007. Results A total of 44 cases were reported in Fujian in 2007,the morbidity being 0.14%. Cases were primarily present in Fuzhou,Xiamen and Ningde. A total of 42 villages(surveillance spots) were investigated and reviewed for insect vectors. As a result,3824 anopheleses were captured,whereas Anopheles anthropophagus was not present. Conclusion Analysis of the epidemic statistics in 2007 revealed a stable situation of malaria epidemic in Fujian. The morbidity has declined by 44.25% compared with that of the last year. However,in order to effectively prevent malaria outbreaks,management of insect vectors to eliminate high-density mosquitoes is required.
