萎缩性舌炎中医研究进展

萎缩性舌炎是指由多种疾病引起的舌背黏膜丝状乳头、菌状乳头的萎缩性改变。萎缩性舌炎的病因复杂：缺铁性贫血、维生素缺乏、真菌感染、慢性胃炎及干燥综合征等均可引起该病。西医常用叶酸、B族维生素、肝浸膏、肾上腺皮质激素等治疗,但疗效不显著,用药后易复发,中医认为该病为各种病因导致的人体脏腑阴阳气血失衡,阴津亏耗,舌失濡养,中医治疗该病疗效肯定,相比西医治疗有优势且不易复发,作者对近年来中医治疗萎缩性舌炎做一综述。

Research Progress of Atrophic Glossitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Atrophic glossitis refers to a variety of diseases caused by the mucous membrane of filamentous dorsal papillae,fungiform papillae atrophic changes.Atrophic glossitis has a great many causes,usually related to various nutritional deficiencies or other factors,such as iron deficiency anemia,vitamin deficiency,fungal infection,chronic gastritis,sjogren syndrome,etc.Modern medicine commonly used some therapies,such as folic acid,B vitamins,liver extract,adrenocorticotropic hormone,but the effect was not significant,easy to relapse after treatment.Chinese medicine holds the opinion that atrophic glossitis is caused by imbalance of yin and yang of human organs,depletion of yin liquid,losing nutrition of tongue.Chinese medicine treatment of the disease is effective and has the advantage compared to modern medicine treatment and less recurrence.The following is the literature reports for atrophic glossitis which is treated by Chinese medicine in recent years.
