| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析危重病患者发生导管相关性感染(CRI)的因素。方法对近3年来ICU中351个留置深静脉导管病例的导管相关性感染发生率,插管时间、插管部位、导管腔数与感染发生率的相关性以及病原学等进行回顾性分析。结果锁骨下静脉CRI发生率13.68%>颈内静脉的5.32%,差异无统计学意义;以2周为周期分界点,股静脉、锁骨下静脉及颈内静脉CRI的各自前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单腔和双腔的CRI分别为10.30%和5.08%,差异无统计学意义。结论导管相关性感染的发生率与留置时间密切相关,留置2周后其发生率显著增加;但与年龄、性别、插管部位及导管腔数无关。
