| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钽棒支撑治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法对10例早期股骨头坏死采用钽棒支撑治疗手术方式治疗,对治疗结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果 10例术后随访3～12个月,平均5个月;根据影像学检查,随访期间,钽棒组股骨头未发生进行性坏死或塌陷。结论钽棒支撑治疗早期股骨头坏死有确切的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical efficacy of tantalum rod supporting in treating the femoral head necrosis.METHODS A total of 10 cases with early femoral head necrosis were treated by tantalum rod support.The treatment results were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The follow-up visit of 10 cases was performed for 3-12 months with the average of 5 months.According to the imaging check,no femoral head necrosis or collapse was occurred in the patients of tantalum rods group.CONCLUSION Tantalum rod supporting ... |
