| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院2006-2008年抗菌药物的应用情况,分析抗菌药物使用的特点和趋势,为临床合理用药和科学管理提供参考。方法收集医院2006-2008年抗菌药物使用资料,对用药金额、用药种类、用药频度等进行分析。结果从2006-2008年,抗菌药物的消耗金额占总消耗金额的比例分别为15.90%、14.67%、12.57%,呈逐年下降趋势;头孢菌素类的销售金额增长了4.27%,呈现逐年增长的趋势。结论医院应进一步规范抗菌药物的应用,使抗菌药物的应用更加安全、有效、经济。
