鲍氏不动杆菌医院感染分布及耐药性监测

目的研究鲍氏不动杆菌的感染分布及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,以指导临床合理用药。方法收集病区感染病例的临床资料,应用VITEK-32的GNI卡对临床标本中分离出的细菌进行鉴定,药敏纸片进行药物敏感试验。结果 320株鲍氏不动杆菌来自痰液标本的最多,占63.75%,其次为尿液和脓液,分别为10.63%和9.06%;感染科室分布分别为呼吸内科占29.38%,ICU占24.06%;鲍氏不动杆菌对β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类和氨基糖苷类有较高的耐药率,对碳青霉烯类,含酶抑制剂敏感性较高。结论鲍氏不动杆菌在临床的多药耐药呈上升趋势,加强细菌耐药性的监测,提倡合理使用抗菌药物,是预防和控制鲍氏不动杆菌医院感染的有效措施。

Distribution of acinetobacter baumannii infection and surveillance of drug resistance
