手术室外来器械的零风险管理

目的探讨手术室外来器械的零风险质量管理,杜绝医院感染的发生。方法将外来手术器械严格按照再生医疗器械操作规程,进行准入、回收、分类、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、监测、储存、发放、使用等各个环节的质量管理,实行全程质量的零风险管理。结果各种外来手术器械及物品均符合卫生部有关医院感染管理质量标准要求,手术室外来器械的质量管理已走上规范化、程序化、科学化和社会化管理的轨道。结论外来手术器械的零风险质量管理在手术室医院感染控制中起主导和关键作用。
