肺部感染316株革兰阴性杆菌耐药性分析

摘    要:目的研究肺部感染革兰阴性杆菌的分布及其耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集2008年3月-2009年9月医院内科和重症监护病房肺部感染患者痰标本分离的316株革兰阴性杆菌进行药敏和产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)检测试验。结果 316株革兰阴性杆菌中以肺炎克雷伯菌(30.1%)、大肠埃希菌(19.3%)、铜绿假单胞菌(16.5%)和不动杆菌属(13.3%)为主,其中产ESBLs菌30株,阳性率为9.5%;上述革兰阴性杆菌对各临床常用的抗菌药物均产生一定的耐药性,且产ESBLs菌的耐药性明显高于非产ESBLs菌。结论肺部感染常见革兰阴性杆菌多药耐药现象日趋严重,定期监测细菌的耐药趋势,对指导临床合理用药具有重要的意义。
