CD117和PDGFRa在结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

目的:本研究拟检测CD117和PDGFRa在ENKCL组织中的表达情况,并结合临床病理资料,探讨其临床预后意义。方法:37例临床、病理及预后资料详尽的ENKCL病例纳入本研究。采用免疫组化二步法检测CD117和PDGFRa蛋白的表达并结合染色强度和染色细胞的比例对标记结果进行评价。相关分析采用四格表精确概率检验法,生存分析采用Kaplan-Meier法。结果:37例ENKCL中CD117和PDGFRa的阳性率分别为41%和78%,而CD117和PDGFRa的表达与患者的各项临床特点及预后均无明显相关性。结论:部分ENKCL中存在CD117和PDGFRa过表达的现象,提示上述蛋白可能参与了ENKCL的发生、发展过程,但其确切的机制尚不清楚。ENKCL是靶向治疗药物STI571潜在的适应症,值得进一步研究。

Expression of CD117 and PDGFRa in Extranodular NK/T Cell Lymphoma (Nasal Type)

Objective:Extranodular NK/T cell Lymphoma(nasal-type lymphoma) is a chemoresistant subtype of malignant lymphoma.In clinical practice,it is still very difficult to treat patients with advanced nasal-type lymphoma.Our study investigates the expression status of CD117 and PDGFRa in nasal-type lymphoma to analyze the correlation between expression of these proteins and clinical characteristics and to discuss clinical diagnosis based on the clinicopathological data.Methods:A complete set of detailed clinical,pathological and follow-up data for 37 cases with nasal-type lymphoma were included in our study.The expression of CD117 and PDGFRa was detected using a 2-step immunohistochemical staining method,and the results were appraised based on the ratio between the staining magnitude and the number of stained cells.The correlation analysis was conducted using the four-fold table precise probability ratio determination(log-rank method) and survival analysis was determined using a Kaplan-Meier curve.Results:The overexpression rates of CD117 and PDGFRa in 37 patients were 41% and 78%,respectively.The expression of CD117 and PDGFRa was not correlated with the clinical characteristics and did not show any prognostic significance.Conclusion:CD117 and PDGFRa are overexpressed in some cases of nasal-type lymphoma.Nasal-type lymphoma is a potential indicator of chemoresistance to STI571 and is worthy of further investigation.
