摘    要:目的 探讨40 m模拟空气反复潜水对人体体液免疫功能的影响.方法 16名健康成年男性,连续3 d进行6次40 m-35 min空气模拟潜水.其中8人在高气压暴露前1 d开始,每天口服三联抗氧化剂(维生素C 1 g/d、维生素E 2.5 g/d、N-乙酰半胱氨酸8 g/d).分别于暴露前1 d以及暴露第1天、第2天、第3天下午出舱后立即抽血分离血清,测定补体、免疫球蛋白以及应激指标.结果 模拟潜水后,IgA、IgM和C3均较暴露前增加(P<0.05);C4、IgG分别在暴露第1天和第3天时增高(P<0.05);促肾上腺皮质激素在第2天、第3天时增高(P<0.05).而皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素以及多巴胺等应激指标暴露前后无明显差异.服用抗氧化剂不影响上述指标的改变.结论 40 m模拟空气潜水后部分体液免疫指标升高,这种影响可能并非由应激或氧化应激引起.

Abstract:Objective To explore effects of 40 m repetitive air dives on humoral immunity in healthy volunteers. Methods Sixteen healthy male volunteers experienced 6-time 40 m-35 min simulated air dives for 3 consecutive days. Eight of them took trilogy antioxidants (vitamin C 1 g/d, vitamin E 2.5 g/d, N-acetylcysteine 8 g/d) orally 1 day before and during 3 days of exposure. Complements, immunoglobulins and stress indices in the serum were measured 1 day before and on 1st, 2nd and 3rd days of exposures respectively. Results Significant increases in the values of IgM, IgA, C3 were observed, 1, 2 and 3 days after exposure (P < 0.05), and increases in CA, IgG were noted, 1, 2 days after exposure respectively (P < 0.05). Adrenocorticotrophic hormone increased following 2nd and 3rd days of exposure (P < 0.05). Increases in cortisol, adrenalin, noradrenaline and dopamine showed no statistical significance. Antioxidants did not significantly affect changes induced by diving when compared with the placebo group. Conclusions Increase in the levels of some humoral immunity indices during or after 40 m of simulated repetitive air dives might not be the result of stresses and oxidative stresses.
