血清胸苷激酶1用于诊断胃癌的临床价值

目的探讨血清胸苷激酶1（TK1）检测在胃癌诊断中的临床价值。方法通过酶免疫点印迹化学发光法检测91例胃癌患者、90例胃良性疾病和84例健康人血清中TK1含量,同时采用化学发光法测定胃癌组血清中CA199、CEA含量。结果胃癌患者TK1平均水平2.1（0.69~2.60）pmol/L,高于胃良性疾病组的0.91（0.56~1.55）pmol/L和正常对照组的0.96（0.68~1.38）pmol/L（P〈0.01）,而胃良性疾病组和正常对照组之间差别无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。胃癌患者TK1阳性率（56.0%）高于CEA（30.8%）、CA199（25.2%）（P〈0.01）。结论 TK1检测对胃癌患者的诊断有一定的临床价值。

Clinical value of serum thymidine kinase test in the diagnosis of gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum thymidine kinase 1 （TK1） in gastric cancer. Methods The levels of TK1 in 91 patients with gastric cancer, 90 patients with benign disease and 84 normal controls were determined by enhanced chemiluminescence assay. The concentration Of carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen 199 was determined by an automate＇d electrochemiluminescence immunoassay on BECKMAN Unicel DXi800. Results The levels of TK1 in the patients with gastric carcinoma [2. 1 （0.69-2.6） pmol/L] were higher than those in patients with benign disease [0.91 （0.56-1.55） pmol/L] and normal controls [0.96 （0.68-1.38） pmol/L] （P〈0. 01）, but there was no significant difference between the patients with benign disease and normal controls （P〉0.05）. The positive rate of TK1 in patients with gastric cancer （56.0 % ） was much higher than CEA （30.8 %） and CA199 （25.2%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The detection of TK1 has value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
