颈椎自然牵引法对颈椎弧度异常恢复性治疗的研究

目的探讨颈椎自然牵引法对颈椎弧度异常的恢复性治疗,了解这一全新牵引方法的定义及临床意义。同时介绍了颈椎自然牵引法所使用的医疗器械-颈椎自然牵引颈具的结构、使用方法、注意事项。方法使用颈椎自然牵引法和颈椎机械牵引法对颈椎弧度-3度至0度的100例患者随机分为二组进行牵引治疗。结果颈椎自然牵引法组50例颈椎弧度恢复正常者(曲度在≥350≤450范围内)12例占24%,颈椎弧度明显改善者(弧度在≥200﹤350范围内)34例占68%,颈椎弧度无改变者4例占8%,总有效率92%。颈椎机械牵引法组50例颈椎弧度无改变者43占86%,弧度病变加重7例占14%,总有效率0%。结论颈椎弧度变直或反张经过颈椎自然牵引法的治疗,弧度是可以改善或恢复正常的,颈椎机械性牵引对颈椎弧度异常恢复无治疗意义。证明颈椎自然牵引法对颈椎弧度的改善和恢复是一种非常有效的治疗方法。
