复方龙掌胶囊治疗急慢性软组织损伤药理作用的研究

目的：研究复方龙掌胶囊治疗急慢性软组织损伤的药理作用。方法：采用家兔软组织损伤模型。蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀模型。大鼠急性“血瘀证”模型及冰乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及热板法镇痛试验等。结果：复方龙掌胶囊高，中，低剂量组可使家兔软组织挫伤部位肌组织变性坏死减轻；抑制大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高；提高小鼠痛阈值；能明显降低血瘀证大鼠全血粘度，血浆粘度，还原粘度及红细胞压积，使血沉减慢。结论：复廓 龙掌胶囊治疗急慢性软组织损伤与其抗炎，镇痛及活血散瘀作用有关。

Pharmacological Action of Compound Longzhang Capsule on Treating Acute and Chronic Soft Tissue Injury

Objective:To study pharmacological action of Compound Longzhang Capsule on treating acute and chronic soft tissue injury.Methods:The model were established by contusion of soft tissue in rabbits and suffered from blood stasis syndrome in rats .The edema of rats' hind paws induced by egg white and the increase of celiac capillary permeability induced by HAC in mice,and the mice's threshold of pain caused by hot plate.Results:At different doses(high,middle,and low),Compound Longzhang Capsule can alleviate the denaturation and necrosis of muscle tissue in the contusion sites of soft tissue in rabbits.The Capsule can inhibit the edema of rats' hind paws;and inhibit the increase of celiac capillary permeability.It can raise mice's threshold of pain.In rats suffered from blood stasis syndrome,the Capsule has the effects to reduce the viscosity of whole blood and plasma and that of reduction.The Capsule can reduce the packed volume of RBC of these rats as well.It can slow down erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).Conclusion:Campound Longzhang Capsule has obvious therapeutic action to acute and chronic soft tissue injury. The ettects is related to the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
