胸膜引流套件治疗自发性气胸的临床分析

目的比较胸膜引流套件与套筒针置入硅胶管引流治疗自发性气胸的疗效及并发症。方法将95例自发性气胸病人随机分为两组：观察组（47例）采用胸膜引流套件引流，对照组（48例）套筒针置人硅胶管引流治疗自发性气胸，观察疗效和不良反应。结果胸膜引流套件引流与套筒针置入硅胶管引流治疗自发性气胸，疗效相近，但两组出现不良反应差异有显著性。结论胸膜引流套件治疗自发性气胸具有安全、操作简单、有效、不良反应少的特点，值得推广。

Clinical analysis of treating spontaneous pneumothorax through thoracic drainage of pleuracan

Objective To compare the curative effects and complications in treating the spontaneous pneumothorax of using thoracic closed drainage of pleuracan and drainage method by implanting sleeve needle into urethral. Methods 95 cases were divided into two Groups ：47 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax having the thoracic closed drainage of pleuracan, and 48 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax having the treatment by implantation of sleeve needle into urethral. The curative effects and complication were compared. Results Their curative effects were similar without obvious differences, but distinct difference was found upon the side effect occurred to the two groups. Conclusion The treatment of pleuracan to spontaneous pneumothorax is safe, easy to operate. It is effective and little side effect which is worth to be used more widely.
