地塞米松对创伤性休克时外周血一氧化氮和内皮素—1的影响

摘    要:目的:了解地塞米松对创伤性休克时外周血一氧化氮和内皮素-1的影响。方法:复制兔创伤性休克模型,测定创伤前、后外周血内皮素-1和一氧化氮浓度变化并观察地塞米松对内皮素-1和一氧化氮浓度的影响。结果:创伤性休克时,对照组内皮素-1和一氧化氮浓度显著升高(P<0.01);治疗组内皮素-1浓度升高更加显著(P<0.01),而一氧化氮氮浓度则明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组动物存活时间显著延长(P<0.01)。结论:内皮素-1和一氧化氮参与了创伤性休克的病理损伤过程;地塞米松通过影响内皮素-1和一氧化氮的浓度变化来发挥其对休克的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the alteration of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide treating by dexamethasone on traumatic shock.Methods:By reconstructing a rabbit traumatic shock model,the changes of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide concentration in peripherial blood pre-and-post trauma were measured.Results:The concentration of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide in control group increased significantly.While in the treatment group,the concentration of endothelin-1 increased much higher than that in control group and the concentration of nitric oxide decreased.The survival time of treatment group was longer than that of control group.Conclusion:The results demonstrated that endothelin-1 and nitric oxide play a role in traumatic shock and dexamethasone has treatment effects on traumatic shock by altering the concentration of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide in peripherial blood.
