术前访视对女性肿瘤病人术前焦虑情绪及术后生活质量的影响

目的:探讨术前访视对女性肿瘤病人术前焦虑情绪及术后生活质量的影响。方法:将84例女性肿瘤病人分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组常规术前护理和健康教育,观察组在此基础上采取术前访视。观察两组病人血压、心率、焦虑、生活质量的改变。结果:术前即刻、术后3d观察组焦虑值显著低于对照组(P0.05);术前即刻观察组的心率、血压较对照组平稳(P0.05);3个月后,观察组的生活质量各维度得分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:术前访视可降低女性肿瘤病人的焦虑情绪,保持血压、心率的稳定,提高术后生活质量。

The effect of preoperative visit on psychological status and the quality of life for female tumor patient

Objective：To explore the effects on patients＇psychological status and the quality of life through preoperative visit.Methods：Totally 84 patients were divided into two groups,42 patients in each group.General preoperative routine and health education were implemented in control group,while preoperative visits were added in observer group,observation and assessment patients＇blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety and the quality of life.Results：The anxiety of observer group were significantly lower than control group immediately before surgery and after three days（P〈0.05）;Immediately before surgery,observation group＇s heart rate,systolic blood pressure more steadily than the control group（P〈0.05）.After 3 months,the observation group＇s quality of life score significantly higher dimensions,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Preoperative visit could be reduce female tumor patients＇anxiety level and maintain blood pressure、 heart rate stabile,raise the quality of life.
