鼻用黄芩苷乳剂的制备

摘    要:目的确定鼻用黄芩苷乳剂处方及制备工艺。方法以黄芩苷亚微乳的稳定性为主要评价指标,对黄芩苷亚微乳的制备过程中主要工艺因素及处方因素进行了研究。结果黄芩苷亚微乳在pH值5.0,温度:40℃,以800 bar的压力,高压均质6~10次条件下可以得到粒径在200 nm左右、且分布较均匀的乳剂。结论该法研制鼻用黄芩苷乳剂性质稳定,可行。

Abstract:Objective To determine the nasal baicalin emulsion formulation and preparation process.Methods In this study,the stability of baicalin submicro emulsion was chosen as the main evaluation index,and the main technological factors and formulation factors during the preparation of baicalin submicro-emulsion were studied.Results The diameter of about 200 nm and more even distribution of baicalin submicro emulsion could be obtained under the following conditions: the pH value of 5.0,temperature 40℃,homogenization cycles for 6~10 times at homogenization pressure of 800bar.Conclusion This method to develop a stable nasal baicalin emulsion is feasible.
