性病门诊尿道/阴道炎患者阴道毛滴虫检测结果分析

目的研究性病门诊中阴道毛滴虫的检验方法,了解其感染状况。方法对383例尿道/阴道炎患者的尿道(阴道)分泌物同时采用湿片观察和培养法进行阴道毛滴虫(TV)的检测。结果在383例尿道/阴道炎患者中TV检出率为8.09%,其中男性尿道炎患者TV的检出率为零,明显低于女性阴道炎患者的21.68%(χ2=56.6,P<0.001),方法学比较显示女性TV检出率湿片检查法(18.18%)和培养法(21.68%)无明显差别(χ2=0.47,P>0.01)。结论性病门诊中TV的感染率占一定比例,均为女性感染;联合采用湿片检查法和培养法来检查阴道毛滴虫可提高检出率。

Detection of Trichomonas Vaginalis of 383 Cases with Urethritis or Vaginitis Attending the STDs Clinic

Objective To compare two methods of detecting Trichomonas vaginalis and to analyze the prevalence among the patients attending the clinic.Methods Trichomonas vaginalis was detected from the male urethral and female vaginal swabs in 383 cases with urethritis or vaginitis by wet-mount microscopy and culture in parallel.Results A total of 8.09% T.vaginalis was found from 383 patients with urethritis or vaginitis,in which,no T vaginalis was detected from the men and 21.68% was from the women.There was a significant difference(P<0.001) of the prevalence between men and women.There were no significant differences in the detecting rate of T.vaginalis between the culture (21.68%) and the microscopy (18.18%)(P>0.01).Conclusion We found that 21.68% prevalence,all in women,of T.vaginalis infection in the STDs clinic of Nanning.Combination the wet-mount microscopy and culture would incresease detecting opportunities.
