| 摘 要： | 肝豆状核变性(WD)是一种遗传性铜代谢障碍性疾病,表现为铜异常沉积而致多脏器损伤.WD致病基因主要在肝脏表达,提供患者正常的肝细胞(或组织)可以纠正其遗传缺陷,改善铜代谢.此文主要从肝移植和细胞移植角度回顾近年来WD治疗的新进展,为进一步治疗WD提出可能的思路和方法.

| Abstract: | Wilson disease is a disease with heritage copper dysbolism.Copper that abnormally deposit on organ made liver,brain damaged.Offering normal hepatic cell(or liver organism) can rectification the genetic defect and improve metabolism of copper.The article reviews the therapy advancement of liver transplantation and cellular transplantation in treating wilson disease in order to propose potential treating approach. |
