癫痫患者脑脊液肿瘤坏死因子的变化

摘    要:目的检测癫痫患者血清及脑脊液(CSF)中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量,以探讨其所介导的神经免疫机制在癫痫中的作用。方法分别测定46例癫痫患者和32例对照者血清和CSF中TNF-α含量,并进行比较。结果癫痫组CSF和血清中TNF-α均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中CSF中TNF-α含量明显高于血清(P<0.05);不同病程癫痫患者CSF和血清TNF-α含量有显著差异,病程5~10年组和病程≥10年组较病程≤5年组CSF和血清TNF-α含量均明显增高(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者体内存在由TNF-α介导的神经免疫功能紊乱,并随病程延长而呈加重趋势。

Abstract:Objective To detect tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in cerebral spinal fluid(CSF) and serum of the patients with epilepsy so that its neural and immune mechanism could be discussed in the pathogenesis of the disease.Methods Detection of TNF-α level in CSF and serum was performed respectively in 46 patients with epilepsy and 32 healthy controls,and then comparison was done between the two groups.Results The TNF-α levels both in CSF and serum were higher in the patient group than in the control group(P<0.05),and CSF possessed higher TNF-α level than serum(P<0.05).Furthermore,the patients' TNF-α level in CSF and serum varied obviously with the course of the disease.The patients with shorter than or equal to five years' course had lower TNF-α level in CSF and serum than those with longer course(P<0.05).Conclusion Neural and immune disorder transmitted by change in TNF-α existed in the patients with epilepsy,and it is inclined to worsen with the disease's development.
