山东省2004年艾滋病监测情况分析

目的]了解2004年山东省艾滋病监测工作情况及流行趋势，为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法]采用SPSS11．0分析软件对2004年山东省各监测点的监测资料进行统计分析。结果]全年共监测52个监测点、9类目标人群、36472人，检出HIV抗体阳性者14例。梅毒抗体阳性495例，行为学监测数据显示性病门诊就诊者中性病感染率为71．8％，暗娼人群每次使用安全套率为15．4％。结论]我省HIV感染率仍处于低水平，但在3类高危人群监测到了HIV感染者，危险因素广泛存在，应进一步采取有效预防措施控制艾滋病的传播。

Analysis on HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data of Shandong Province in 2004

Objective]To understand the surveillance situation and epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Shandong Province in 2004 and provide a scientific basis for HIV/AIDS control and prevention. Methods]To analyze the surveillance data by SPSS 11.0. Results]6 472 subjects of 9 kinds of population from 52 sentinels were monitored throughout the whole year,among which 14 were HIV antibody positive and 495 were syphilis antibody positive. According to the data of behavior surveillance, the venereal disease incidence of attendees to STD clinics was 71.8%, the using rate of condom was 15.4% among commercial sex workers. Conclusion]The HIV infection situation was still in low lev- el, but HIV infected people were found from 3 kinds of high risk population, so effective measures should be taken for HIV/AIDS control and prevention.
