| 摘 要： | Mast cells (MCs) play a key role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. Tissue MCs are originated from hematopoiefic stem cells in bone marrow. In recent years, it was reported that human mast cells could be differentiated from stem cells of umbilical cord blood. In this review, we summarize the development in this novel area.
