宋本《伤寒论》版本简考

据考，宋本《伤寒论》中国藏有五部，日本藏有一部，今世所存凡六部。日本内阁文库所藏之本为赵开美所刻无疑，但它是赵氏初刻本，不是翻刻本；而宽文本虽然不是好版本，但它对传播《伤寒论》功不可没。日本翻刻《伤寒论》最精善者是安政本。另，考证宋本《伤寒论》务须将两类误称“仲景全书”者加以区别：一是与张卿子《仲景全书》相区别，二是与恽铁樵影印日本安政本相区分。

Textual Research on the Edition Treatise on Cold-damaged Disease of the Song Dynasty

It is examined that there are six editions of Treatise on Cold-damaged Disease of the Song Dynasty at present,5 are stored in China and one in Japan. It is no doubt that the edition in the library's collection of Japan's cabinet was carved by Zhao Kaimei. It is the original of Zhao's block-printed edition,not the pirated edition.
