培哚普利对血压和脑血流影响48例临床分析

目的：探讨血管转化酶抑制剂培哚普利对高血压或并发缺血性脑梗塞患者的血压、脑血流的影响。方法：48例高血压或并发缺血性脑梗塞的患者，随机分培哚普利组和安慰剂组，在给药期间，观测血压的变化，并在首次给药前24小时检测彩色经颅多普勒超声（TDS），两周后生复查TDS。结果：培哚普利治疗组较安慰组收缩压／舒张压分别下降25／13mmHg，给药后6小时降压作用达高峰。两周后TDS检测。基底动脉（BA）流速略有增加，左大脑前动脉（LACA）血流恢复至正常，其它未见明显改善，统计学无显著性差异，结论：培哚普利不但降压效果理想，而且不影响脑血流。

The effect of Perindopril on blo od pressure and cerebral blood flow:clin ical analysis of 48 cases

Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the effec t of the angiotensin converting enzyme i nhibitor Perindopril on blood pressure ( BP) and cerebral blood flow (CBF) in pat ients with hypertension or complicated l ack blood hypertension.Method Fo rty eight patients with hypertension or complicated lack blood hypertension were chosen voluntarily and randomize to rec eive Perindopril or placebo for 14 days. I n the period,the change of BP was measur ed and color transcranial Doppler blood diagonosis system (TDS) was performed to measured the CBF at 24 hours before fir st dose and finally 2 weeks.Result A placebo corrected BP fall of 25/13m mHg,which was maximal at 6 hours.TDS sho wed that the flow speed of base artery(B A) was increased littlely,the blood flow of left cerebral artery(LACA)was come b ack to well balance and no significant c hange in others at Finally 2 weeks.C onclusion Through this clinical obse rvation,Perindopril show remarkable effe ct to lower BP without lowering CBF in the patients with hypertension or compli cated lack blood hypertension
