AcrySof与PMMA人工晶体临床对比观察

目的：研究人工晶体材料与术后视力，前房炎症反应以及后囊混浊的关系。方法：１７８例（１９０眼）老年性白内障由同一位医生进行超声乳化手术，其中９０眼植入ＡｃｒｙＳｏｆ人工晶体，１００眼植入ＰＭＭＡ人工晶体，观察术后视力，前房炎症和后囊混浊的发生情况。结果：术后１天视力≥０．５者，ＡｃｒｙＳｏｆ组占８３．３３％，ＰＭＭＡ组占５６％，≥１．０者，分别为２６．７％、６％。术后３个月视力≥０．５者，ＡｃｒｙＳ

Clinical comparison of AcrySof and PMMA intraocular lens

To study the relationship between IOL biomaterials and visual acuity,anterior chamber inflammation and posterior capsule opacification(PCO).Methods:On 190 eyes of 178 patients with senile cataract phacoemulsification(phaco)was performed by a single surgen.90 eyes receive AcrySof IOl and 100 eyes receive PMMA IOL.The postoperative vision,anterior chamber inflammation and PCO were observed.Results:Postoperatively,at one day the visual acuities were 0 5 or better,AcrySof group in 83 33% and PMMA group in 56%,and 1 0 or better in 26 7% and 6% respectively;and at three months the visual acuities were 0 5 or better,AcrySof group in 88 89%,and PMMA group in 84%,and 1 0 or better in 82 22% and 58% respectively.There was a significant difference in percentage of anterior chamber inflammation and PCO between the AcrySof and PMMA IOl.Conclusion:AcrySof IOL implantation can make better visual acuity rehabiliation than PMMA.AcrySof IOL were associated with less percentage of anterior cnamber inflammation and PCO.
