| 摘 要： | 肥胖是人类健康的一个严重威胁，它与神经肽Y（neuropeptide Y，NPY）密切相关。NPY通过其受体介导来刺激食欲、增加体重从而导致肥胖。本文对NPY及其受体的作用机制、治疗肥胖药物潜在靶点的开发及潜在药物先导化合物的研究情况作一简要概述。

| Abstract: | Obesity is a very seriously danger for human＇s health, NPY is implicated in energy homeostasis, and contributes to obesity. NPY receptors are involved in mediating NPY-induced stimulation of food intake and body weight gain. This article will not only expatiate the mechanisms which NPY and its receptors play in obesity＇s occurrence and development, but also introduce the potential targets and drug precursors in discovery of the drugs to therapy obesity. |
