音乐语言心理治疗对戒毒者负性情绪和不良行为矫治效果的影响

目的观察音乐语言心理治疗对戒毒者焦虑抑郁和不良行为的矫治效果。方法60例戒毒者随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。两组均按常规管教，对照组给予一般支持性的心理护理，观察组在此基础上进行4周的音乐语言心理治疗。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS），焦虑自评量表（SAS），护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE～30），对两组进行效果评定。结果观察组经治疗后，抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、护士用住院病人观察量表等各量表分值的改变均显著优于对照组（P均〈O．01）。结论音乐语言心理治疗能够改善戒毒者的负性情绪，矫正其错误认知，恢复和提高社会功能，对心理康复有积极的作用。

Effect of Language and Music Psychological Therapy on Negative Emotions and Behavior Correct Effecacy.

Objective To explore the angst depressed and harmful active correct effect of music language psychology therapy to detoxificatee.Methods Sixty detoxificatee were divided randomly into behavior modification and psychotherapy interventions group and control croup,both group were managed and educated with the roution manage way,the control group were given the currently(espouse)psychology nurse,30 detoxificatees(study group)were treated by the music language cure way for 6 weeks.All subjects were estimated by SDS/SAS,and NOSIE.Results Decreases of all the scales score in the study group were obviously more than those of control group.Conclusion The music cure way with language introducing could improve the harmful emotion,correct the mistake acknowledge,recover society function,It had the actively affect for psychology rehabilitation.
