仿真生物电刺激小脑顶核治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察仿真生物电刺激小脑顶核治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规药物对症支持治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上同时给予仿真生物电刺激小脑顶核。观察两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分及部分大脑中动脉闭塞患者的大脑中动脉血流速度变化情况。结果治疗组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。治疗组大脑中动脉血流速度明显增加,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论仿真生物电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者有显著疗效且无明显毒副作用,具有安全、方便等特点,有利于急性脑梗死患者神经功能早期康复,降低脑梗死的致残率。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on acute cerebral infarction treated with simulated bioelectric stimulation in cerebellar fastigial nucleus.Methods 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomized into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each one.In control group,routine symptomatic support therapy of western medicine was administered.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,simulated bioelectric stimulation was applied to cerebellar fastigial nucleus.It was toobserve nerve function defect scale and velocity of middle cerebral arterial blood flow in a part of cases with middle cerebral arterial obstruction after treatment in two groups. Results Compared with control group, significant difference was presented in nerve function defect scale in treatment group after treatment( P 〈 0.01 ). Velocity of middle cerebral arterial blood flow was increased apparently, indicating significant difference compared with control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Simulated bioelectric stimulation in cerebellar fastigial nucleus achieves significant efficacy on acute cerebral infarction,without apparent toxic side effects. It is safe and convenient in operation and benefits early rehabilitation of nerve function for the patients with acute cerebral infarction and reduces disability rate due to cerebral infarction.
