别嘌呤醇超敏反应综合征病人的护理

目的总结别嘌呤醇超敏反应综合征（AHS）病人的护理要点。方法对52例AHS病人进行治疗，并配合做好护理。结果痊愈45例（86．5％），死亡7例（13．5％），其中死亡病例为剥脱性皮炎型药疹5例，大疱性表皮松解型药疹2例。结论AHS是一种严重药物超敏反应综合征，肾功能及皮疹损害严重，护理上应采取综合的皮肤、黏膜护理措施，保护肾脏功能，预防感染，同时应减轻病人痛苦，稳定病人情绪，从而促进病人皮肤愈合，降低并发症发生，减轻病人的痛苦。

Clinical characteristics and nursing in patients with allopurinol hypersensitivity syndrome

Objective To investigate the characteristics of allopurinol hypersensitivity syndrome (AHS) and to raise nursing strategies. Method The characteristics of 52 patients with AHS during 1999 to 2007 were analyzed and the nursing strategies were provided. Results Forty five patients (86.5%) were cured, and seven patients (13.5%) died. The causes for death were exfoliative dermatitis eruption (9.6%) and acantholysis bullosa eruption (3.8%). Conclusions AHS is a severe drug reaction with serious renal dysfunction and rashes. To improve skin healing and reduce complications, comprehensive nursing interventions should be taken to prevent secondary infection, avoid causative factors, relieve patients' pain, and stabilize patients' emotions.
