| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨潍坊市无偿献血者血液液检测不合格原因。方法：将潍坊市2003-2007年227503人次无偿献血者，按HBsAg,抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒、ALT检测项目进行分析。结果：2003-2007年潍坊市无偿献血血液的不合格率为4.35％，呈显著下降趋势，ALT、HBsAg,抗-HCV、梅毒阳性率均呈显著下降趋势。结论：发展街头献血和建立固定献血者队伍，开展献血前初筛检验，是保证血液质量的重要措施。
