鼻咽癌家系体质调查研究

目的 :调查鼻咽癌患者及其家系成员的中医体质类型分布情况。方法 :运用中医体质调查表 ,对 16名初诊鼻咽癌患者、38名放疗后鼻咽癌患者、119名鼻咽癌核心家系成员及 98名家系成员之配偶 (作为对照 )的体质类型进行调查。采用SPSS(10 0 )进行统计分析。结果 :鼻咽癌家系成员体质以虚弱质为特点 ,而鼻咽癌放疗后患者以虚热及虚瘀体质为特点。回归分析显示 ,虚弱质为家系成员的主要体质高危因素 ,虚热及虚瘀体质、癌家族史及嗜食腌熏食品为鼻咽癌患者发病相关的主要危险诱因。结论 :虚弱质是鼻咽癌发生的首要内因和基本体质 ,而在鼻咽癌形成后及治疗中则出现虚热及虚瘀体质。

Pedigree Survey on the Distribution of Constitutional Pattern among Cases with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and their Family Lines

Objective:To investigate the distribution of constitutional pattern among NPC cases and their family lines. Methods:Subjects in this survey included 16 cases of untreated NPC patients, 38 cases with NPC survived for more than one year after treatment, 119 members among the family lines of NPC cases, and 98 spouses of members among the family lines surveyed as control. Factors being investigated were composed of constitutional symptoms, family history of cancers, habit of diet and living environment. Then, the data were analyzed to determine their constitutional pattern and to evaluate the relationship between the distribution of constitutional patterns and other factors investigated here. Results Predominant pattern of constitution was vacuous pattern among the family lines of NPC cases, vacuity heat and vacuity stagnation patterns among treated NPC cases, and normal pattern among the controlling spouses. Regression analysis showed that the vacuous pattern of constitution was the main risk factors for members among family lines of NPC cases for the risk susceptible to NPC developing. It also showed that the vacuity heat and vacuity stagnation patterns of constitution, family history of cancers, and habits of frequently eating pickled and cured food were the inducing factors directly related with the development of tumor among cases with NPC. Conclusion:The vacuous pattern of constitution is the predominant risk factor for population at high risk susceptible to NPC developing and it also plays a very important role in the whole clinical course of NPC.
