女性生殖道支原体培养及药物敏感性试验结果分析

目的]观察女性生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)感染状况及对抗菌药物的敏感性.方法]收集624份女性生殖道分泌物标本,进行支原体培养及药物敏感性试验,对其结果进行分析.结果]624份标本中支原体培养阳性为347份(55.6%),其中单一Uu阳性为248份(53.0%),单一Mh为13份(2.1%),Uu和Mh混合感染为86份(13.7%).9种常用抗菌药物中四环素类抗生素的敏感率最高.结论]女性生殖道支原体感染率较高,其中以Uu感染为主,美满霉素的药物敏感性最高.

Analysis of cultivation and drug sensitivity test of mycoplasmas in female genital tract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection status and antibiotics sensitivity for the ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu）and mycoplasma hominis（Mh）isolated from female genital tract.METHODS 624 specimens of secretion in female genital tract were collected and performed to the mycoplasma cultivation and antibiotics sensitivity test,and the results were analyzed.RESULTS Of 624 specimens,347 cases（55.6%）were positive for mycoplasma cultivation,in which there were 248 cases（53.0%）positive for the Uu infection,13 cases（2.1%）for the Mh infection and 86 cases（13.7%）for combined infection of the Uu and Mh.The tetracyclines in 9 kinds of commonly used antibiotics was the hightest sensitivity for the mycoplasmas.CONCLUSION Mycoplasma infection rate is high in female genital tract,and the Uu is main infection,and the minomycin has the hightest sensitivity.
