中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

目的对中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法以本院收治的60例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分组,对照组患者在临床上主要采用常规西医进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上增加中医治疗。结果实验组患者的临床症状体征消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,临床总有效率明显高于对照组,病死率低（P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合对重症急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗,效果显著,优于单纯西医治疗,值得推广和普及。

Clinical observation on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To analyze and discuss clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Choosing 60 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital as the research object and randomly dividing them into two groups, control group treated with conventional western medicine treatment, experimental group on the basis of control group for traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Results Clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time of experimental group were significantly shorter than control group, clinical effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine has an obvious effect in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, so it is worthy of promotion and popularization.
