急性脑血管病致脑心综合征心电图改变的特点分析

目的：收集并分析急性脑血管病（ACVD）引起脑心综合征患者的心电图资料，总结其心电图形态改变的临床特点。方法以本院2010年12月~2013年12月收治的310例急性脑血管疾病致脑心综合征患者为研究对象，收集其入院首次及1个月后复查ECG结果，对其进行统计分析，总结其特征。结果急性脑血管病患者心电图检查可出现房性早搏及ST-T段改变等异常表现，急性发作期心电图改变发生率约为76.8%。结论 ACVD致脑心综合征患者心电图改变呈现多样化。急性脑血管病并发脑心综合症病情危重，进展迅速，心电图检查对于确定其是否伴有心脏损害有较高临床价值。

Characteristic analysis of ECG changes of cerebrocardiac syndrome caused by acute cerebral vascular disease

Objective To collect and analyze ECG materials of cerebrocardiac syndrome caused by acute cerebral vascular disease, summary ECG changes’clinic features. Methods Selecting 310 patients with acute cerebral vascular disease from December 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital as researchers to analyze and summarize the characteristic of the first time ECG results and reviews result after a month, summary its features. Results Acute cerebral vascular disease could lead electrocardiogram of atrial premature beats and the changes of ST-T segment abnormal. The rate of acute attack stage was about 76.8%. Conclusion ECG changes of cerebrocardiac syndrome caused by ACVD was various. Situations of acute cerebral vascular disease combined with cerebrocardiac syndrome patients are dangerous and developed quickly, ECG examinations have great clinic value in deciding whether it accompany with cardiac damage.
