临床分析硫唑嘌呤治疗顽固性溃疡性结肠炎

目的探析顽固性溃疡性结肠炎应用硫唑嘌呤治疗的临床效果。方法选取2010年7月至2012年12月在我院进行硫唑嘌呤治疗的50例脑顽固性溃疡性结肠炎患者进行临床研究。结果本组患者治疗有效率为88%,缓解率为76%,红细胞沉降率及C反应蛋白有明显下降,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率为30%。结论顽固性溃疡性结肠炎应用硫唑嘌呤治疗效果良好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Azathioprine Treatment Refractory Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To explore application of refractory ulcerative colitis clinical effect of azathioprine treatment. Methods From 2010 July to 2012 December in our hospital 50 cases of cerebral patients with intractable ulcerative colitis azathioprine therapy clinical research. Results The effective rate of treatment in this group of patients was 88%, remission rate was 76%, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein C decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）, the incidence of adverse reaction was 30%. Conclusion Effect of treatment of refractory ulcerative colitis azathioprine good application, less adverse reaction, is worth the clinical promotion.
