新生儿高胆红素血症胃肠激素变化的研究

目的:探讨胃肠激素在新生儿高胆红素血症发病中的意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析法对25例高胆红素血症新生儿和12例正常新生儿血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胃动素(MOT)和血清胃泌素(GAS)进行检测和对比分析。结果:高胆红素血症新生儿组MOT和GAS水平均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),CCK水平两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);高胆红素血症新生儿组总胆红素(TBI)、间接胆红素(IBI)明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01),直接胆红素(DBI)水平两组比较差异天显著性(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症与新生儿MOT和GAS水平偏低有关。

Detection of Gastrointestinal Hormone in Neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia

Objective:To investigate the impact of plasma cholecystokinin>motilin and gastrin on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia Methods: The levels of plasma cholecystokinin., motilin and serum gastrin were measured by radioim-munoassay(RIA) in 25 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and 12 normal neonates as controls. Results: There were significant differences between the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and the normal neonates in the levels of plasma motilin and serum gastrin (P<0.01,P<0.05 respectively) .There was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of plasma cholecystokinin ( P > 0.05) ; There were significant differences between the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and the normal neonates in the levels of plasma total bilirubin and serum indirect bilirubin ( P < 0.01, P < 0.01 respectively), There was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of plasma direct bilirubin( P > 0.05). Conclusion:The neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was associated with the lower levels of motilin and gastrin in neonates.
