| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对恶性肿瘤患者疼痛及不良情绪的影响.方法:将440例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为研究组234例和对照组206例,对照组采用传统护理方法,研究组在此基础上配合健康教育进行心理干预,比较两组患者恐惧、疼痛、焦虑程度.结果:研究组恐惧、疼痛、焦虑程度均轻于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:心理干预可有效减轻恶性肿瘤患者的恐惧、疼痛、焦虑程度,从而促进患者早日康复.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of psychological intervention on pain and bad mood of patients with malignant tumor.Methods: Four hundred and forty patients with malignant tumor were divided into study group(n=234) and control group(n=206).The routine nursing care was taken in control group and additional psychological intervention was applied on the basis of routine nursing care in study group.The comparison was made on dread,degree of pain and anxiety between the two groups.Result: The degrees of dread,pain and anxiety were lower in study group than that in control group,the significant difference was found in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological intervention can alleviate dread,pain and anxiety of patients with malignant tumor so as to promote their recovery. |
