摘    要:目的:从32个萜类化合物中筛选对蚊虫有较好驱避活性品种。方法:小白鼠筛选和人体保护试验。结果:10.0%和20.0%的23号化合物对白纹伊蚊有2.5~3h和4.5~5h的驱避活性,10.0%和20.0%的31号化合物对中华按蚊则有4~5h和5~6h的驱避活性。结论:23号化合物和31号化合物可分别用于家居和野外的驱蚊保护剂。

Abstract:Objective: To screen repellents from 32 terpenoids.Methods: The screening experiments were performed in mice and the human protective tests were done in the volunteers with these agents. Results: Human protective tests showed that 10% and 20% of compound 23 displayed the repellent activity of 2.5 to 3 h and 4.5 to 5 h to Aedes albopictus,respectively.10% and 20% of compound 31 held repellent activities as long as 4 to 5 h and 5 to 6 h to Anopheles sinensis,respectively.Conclusion: Compound 23 could be applied in indoors for repelling mosquito and compound 31 in outdoors.
