| 摘 要： | 介绍一种改良的大鼠经口气管插管方法。以冷光源透照颈部，使会厌声门显露清晰，能在直视下将插管顺利插入大鼠气道。该法简单易学、并发症低、不需复杂设备。

| Abstract: | The bipedal rats model was developed by forelimb amputation and special rearing methods. Normal rats served as the control. The ultrastructure of nucleus pulposus of L2-3 discs of these rats were observed under electron microscope. With the increasing of agirg and stress, obvious degeneration and necro-sis were observed in the notochordal cells in nucleus pulposus of SD rats. In the matrix the arrangement of the collagen fiber became disordered, lamellar structures and mass appeared. These results demonstrated that aging and stress accelerated the degeneration of nucleus pulposus of SD rats. The degeneration procedure was in agreement with that of human beings. |
