摘    要:研究羟基磷灰石(HPA)生物玻璃陶瓷(BGC)、聚羟在磷酸钙钠(HPA)对细胞增殖的影响,从细胞学水平评价 三种生物陶瓷材料的成骨能力,进一步探讨评价材料生物相容性的检测方法。方法以成骨细胞,成纤维胞为实验细胞,利用体外细胞培养技术,将细胞直接接种在HA、BGC、HP种植材料的表面,采用附着细胞直接计数的方法,分别观察32,7天时细胞增殖率。结果:(1)在三种材料的表面,成纤维细胞地增殖速度较成骨

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of three bioceramics (hydroxyapatite,bioglass ceramic and hydroxyl polycalcium soduim phosphate) on cell proliferation, and try to find a new experimental method to evalute ability of osteointegration of HPA etc, and the biocompatibility of implant materials on cell level.Methods: The psolated rat osteoloects and fibroblasts were inoculated onto specimens of HA,BGC,and HPA for 3,7 days.Proliferating rates of cells on different materials more wcaminod by cellls ceunting directry. Results (1)For the same materals,the fibrohlast proliferation rates was faster than osteoblast. (2) The osteoblast proliferation rate on hydroxylpolycalcum soduim phosphate was the fastest in three kinds Conclusion: Hydroxylpolycalcium soduim phosphate has better cytocompatibility and could form osteointegration early. The method of cells counting directly can be used to evnluate the biocompatibility of implant materials.
