| 摘 要： | [目的]利用糖尿病特异性生存质量量表修订版(adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale,A-DQOL)探讨影响2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者生存质量的相关因素,测评该量表各维度之间的相关性。[方法]对南通地区的247名T2DM患者进行一般情况调查及应用A-DQOL量表进行测评。[结果]结果表明并发症的存在以及非初治患者总体生活质量下降;住院患者的满意程度较门诊高;与影响程度相关的因素为是否为初治以及病程长短;影响社会、家庭或职业有关的忧虑程度的因素有年龄、文化水平以及收缩压。该表总分与各维度以及各维度之间的相关性均较好。[结论]应加强对T2DM患者综合防治以提高生存质量,A-QDOL能够有效地评价我国T2DM患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale (A-DQOL) of the type 2 diabetes and its influencing factors,so as to evaluate the relations of each domain of the scales.
