宣肺散寒化痰逐饮法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘70例

[目的]观察宣肺散寒化痰逐饮法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]将咳嗽变异性哮喘患者分为两组,治疗组70例口服宣肺散寒化痰逐饮剂,对照组使用青霉素和氨茶碱常规剂量治疗,7天为1疗程,观察2个疗程。[结果]治疗组总有效率（90%）明显优于对照组（66.7%.P〈0.01）,临床症状改善,缩短病程明显优于对照组。[结论]中药肺散寒化痰逐饮剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著。

Cough Variant Asthma 70 Cases Treated with Clearing Lung Removing Cold,Sputum and Water

[Objeetive]To analyze the clinical cure effect of clearing lung, removing cold sputum and water on cough variant asthma. [ Method]Divide patients into 2 groups, treatment group（l）takes the decoction of clearing lung, removing cold sputum and water; control group（2）takes Pen and aminophylline;observe for 2 courses. [Result]Total effective rate was much better in group 1 than group 2 ,as well as the relieving clinical symptoms and shortening course. [Conclusion]TCM decoction has marked cure effect on cough variant asthma.
