祛痰通络方治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

目的]观察祛痰通络方治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法]65例T2DM胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,治疗组服用祛痰通络方,对照组服用盐酸二甲双胍。两组疗程均为30d,治疗前后分别检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素、血脂,计算胰岛素抵抗指数等。结果]两组治疗前后比较各项检测指标均有显著改善(P<0.01),组间比较(P>0.05)。结论]祛痰通络方对T2DM有确切的临床疗效,而且能明显改善患者的IR,降低胰岛素抵抗。

The Clinical Observation of Treating the Insulin Resistance of Type 2 Diabetes with Eliminating Phlegm and Unblocking the Collaterals Decoction

Objective]To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of eliminating phlegm and unblocking the collaterals decoction on treating the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes.Method ]65 cases of insulin resistance of T2DM patients were divided randomly into two groups:35 in the therapeutic group taking the eliminating phlegm and unblocking the collaterals decoction and 30 in the control group taking dianoguanil.Both courses of treatment are 30 days,FPG,FINS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,HOMA-IR,etc.were tested before and after the treatment.Result] All the indexes were significantly improved in both groups before and after the treatments(P<0.01),and the group comparison,P>0.05.Conclusion ]Eliminating phlegm and unblocking the collaterals decoction does not only have pronounced therapeutic effect onT2DM,but also can improve IR as well as lower the insulin resistance.
