全身麻醉下剖宫产术麻醉分析

目的探讨全身麻醉下剖宫产术安全的麻醉管理方法。方法回顾性分析8例剖宫产术产妇的全身麻醉过程,并结合文献进行分析。结果 8例产妇全身麻醉过程中循环稳定,麻醉诱导至胎儿娩出时间<5 min,子宫切开至胎儿娩出时间<2 min。2例新生儿经抢救后送儿科,其中1例术前胎儿宫内窘迫,另1例因HELLP综合征孕7个月早产;其余6例新生儿1、5 min Apgar评分>8分。术后随访产妇无术中知晓及麻醉相关并发症。结论合理的麻醉用药,并缩短I-D和U-D间期,全身麻醉下剖宫产术对产妇和胎儿影响轻微,但仍需严格把握全身麻醉的适应证。

Caesarean section under general anaesthesia

Objective To investigate the safe general anesthesia management in caesarean section. Methods Eight cases of caesarean section under general anesthesia were analyzed retrospectively. And the related literatures were reviewed. Results Eight cases had stable haemodynamies during anesthetic process. The I-D time was less than 5 minutes, and the U-D time was within 2 minutes. Two newborns were sent to department of pediatrics after first-aid. One of them was at risk of preoperative fetal dis- tress and the other was seven months pregnant due to HELLP syndrome. The rest of six newborns＇ Apgar scores were more than eight in 1 and 5 minute. Eight puerpera had no intraoperative awareness or complication from anaesthesia followed-up postopera- tion. Conclusion Choosing reasonable anesthesia drug, in addition, minimizing I-D and U-D time in surgery. The affection on maternal and fetal was light. However, the general anesthesia indications is still need to be grasped .
