氯化钾溶液配制方法的改进

摘    要:目的考察配制方法的改进对氯化钾溶液质量的影响。方法采用留样观察方法,定期观察氯化钾溶液的性状外观,测定溶液pH值,羟苯乙酯含量及检查微生物限度。结果配制方法改进后制备的氯化钾溶液,经留样观察1年,外观始终保持无色澄明,溶液pH值、羟苯乙酯含量、微生物限度符合规定。结论改进工艺比按原工艺配制的氯化钾溶液质量稳定,改进的生产工艺值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the impact of methods of preparation on the quality of Potassium Chloride solution. Method The method of sample observation was used to observe the appearance of Potassium Chloride solution, determine the pH of the solution and the content of Ethylparaben, test microbial limit. Results The potassium chloride solution that made by the improvement preparation methods was observed for 1 year. It' s appearance maintained transparent. The pH, Ethylparaben content and microbial limits were all in conformity with the provisions. Conclusion The quality of improve process potassium chloride solution is more stable than the original process, this preparation method of Potassium Chloride solution is worth to be popularized.
