| 摘 要： | 报道36例慢性酒精中毒,CT扫描发现:30例脑萎缩(83.3％),13例脑梗塞(36.1％),说明慢性酒精中毒在脑萎缩的发生中起着重要作用,慢性酒精中毒者易发生缺血性脑梗塞。要减少脑血管病的发生,节制长期大量饮酒是极为重要的措施。

| Abstract: | We studied 36 cases of patients with chronic alcoholism. CT scans showed that the cerebral atrophy in 30 cases (83. 3%), cerebral infarction in 13 cases (36. 1%). This paper suggests that the chronic alcoholism plays an important role in the occurrence of the cerebral atrophy. This paper indicates that is chemic cerebral infarction readily occarrs in the chronic alcoholism. If we want to decraase the incidence of the cerebrovascular disease, it will be a'very important measarement that along period and quantity of drinking. |
