善得定治疗急性上消化道大出血疗效观察

目的　观察善得定治疗各种急性上消化道大出血的疗效。方法　对 30例急性上消化道大出血 (食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血 1 6例 ,消化性溃疡 1 0例 ,急性胃黏膜病变 4例 )患者进行善得定治疗 ,观察患者的开始显效时间、出血停止时间、用药期间再出血和停药后再出血等指标。结果　 30例患者中开始显效时间为 6～ 2 0h ,出血停止时间 1 0～ 86h ,用药期间无再出血现象。结论　善得定对不同病因引起上消化道大出血疗效显著。

Clinic Observation on Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding with Sandostatin

Objective To Observation the roles of Sandostatin on acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 30 cases with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding from the different cause were given sandostatin.Onset time and rebleeding were used to evaluate the treatment effects.Results During 30 cases with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,Onset time from six to twenty hours, bleeding cease time from ten to eighty six hours.No rebleeding was observed in all the thirty cases.Conclusion Sandostatin has the effective role on acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding from the different cause.
