局部应用灭滴灵治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效研究

目的：研究局部应用灭滴灵治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法：将１２０例急性智齿冠周炎患者随机分为３组（各组４０例），分别进行了灭滴灵的局部治疗、碘甘油局部治疗及灭滴灵口服治疗。对其疗效、疗程及治疗前后冠周细菌类型的比例变化进行评价。结果：表明灭滴灵局部治疗组疗效高，疗程短，抑菌效果佳，与其余两组间有显著性差异，且灭滴灵局部治疗组无全身毒副作用出现。结论：显示灭滴灵局部疗法是一种值得推广的有效方法

A Clinical Study of Metronidazole in the Local Treatment of Acute Pericoronitis of Wisdom Tooth

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of metronidazole in the local treatment of acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth. Methods: 120 patients suffering from acute pericoronitis were randomly divided into 3 grups (40 for each), and were given local metronidazole, local iodioglycerin and oral metronidazole administration respectively. A cmparison of the curative effect and duration of the treatment of these three groups was made. The proportional variety of the types of the pericoronal bacteria of each group before and after the treatment was compared. Results: The group treated with local metronidazole had the highest curative effect, the shortest duration of treatment, and the best bacteriostasis, and the patients in this group had little general toxic side effect. Conclusions: The local administration of metronidazole can be commonly used as an effective treatment for acute pericoronitis.
