玻璃体腔硅油注入30例临床观察

目的 评价应用玻璃体视网膜显微手术结合硅油充填治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的效果。方法 对30例30眼复杂性视网膜脱离采用玻璃体视网膜手术(VR)，即玻璃体切除、膜剥离、应用重水、氩激光、冷凝、重水—硅油交换或气—液交换，以及硅油眼内充填。结果 30例30眼近期有效25眼(83．3％)，失败5点眼(16．7％)。结论 玻璃体腔硅油充填可使复杂性视网膜脱离在短时间内复位，避免视功能的进一步破坏。

Vitrectomy and silicon oil tamponade for the treatment of complicated retinal detachment

Objective To evaluate the effect of vitreoretinal surgery and silicon oil tamponade in the treatment of complicated retinal detachment.Methods 30 eases (30 eyes) of complicated retinal detachment were treated with vitreoretinal surgery. The operative techniques included vitrectomy,membrane peeling,perfluorocarbon liquid injection, argon laser coagulation, perfluorocarbon liquid/silicon oil exchange or gas/liquid exchange and silicon oil tamponade. In the case of aphakic eyes, a peripheral iridectomy at 6 oclock was performed. Results 25 eases were cared in the short term (83.34%). Conclusion Silicon oil tamponade is an effective method for complicated retinal detachment. It could make the retinal reattach in short time and decrease the damage of acuity,
